Job responsibilities:
1. Complete the operation process of sea waybills according to standards and requirements;
2. Responsible for booking, arranging trailers, customs clearance, bill of lading, cargo release, etc;
3. Confirm warehouse positions, bills of lading, and bills with suppliers and promptly enter accounts payable;
4. Handling customer objections and unexpected situations;
5. Communicate and coordinate with foreign agents to arrange work at the destination port.
Job requirements:
1. College degree or above, English Level 4, acceptable for fresh graduates;
2. Have a sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit, with good professional ethics;
3. Quick response, good communication skills and coordination skills, able to withstand strong work pressure;
4. Familiar with various operational procedures of sea transportation, proficient in docking with shipping companies, customs brokers, and freight forwarders, plus points
